The Artists' Own Words

Impressed with Ertes' illustrative style and technique developed using pen and ink along with his use of color form, the most influential fashion illustrator of abstract expressionism in modern times, Antonio Lopez, to the broad rapid strokes of light and darkness and their effects on Monets' Water Lilies, Palazzo de Mula and Rouen Cathedral Sunset to his fashionista painting, La Japonaise, and finally, to the Sailboats at Argentine of  Renoirs' to Seurats' Model from the Back...these artists have left great impressions of creative excellence with me, my passion with the arts, my creative journey and artistic style.

The touching of light on simple suble forms designing the ordinary mysterious is the strength I admire most in Joseph Sudeks' photography.  Irving Penn and Arthur Elgort have shaped an awareness for me of form with fashion.  Among other photographers I adore and respect, whom have given me great inspriation with my photographic style are; Helmut Newton, Richard Avedon, Edward Weston, Ansel Adams, Paul Stand, Ellen Auerbach, Annie Leibovitz and, finally, the photographic film  styles of Orson Welles and Alfred Hitchcock in working with shapes, forms and extreme angles.

Through photography, painting, illustration and computer graphics, I wish to express the essence of my artistic vision and inspiration.
My artistic style combines Impressionism with Modernisms' dry photographic realism, Abstract Expressionism to qualities of Art Nouveau.
