on-line viewing and ordering option
There is a $100.00 charge to view 20 of the best images from your photo session unedited on-line. Resort Photography & Design, LLC will forward a link to your email address within one-two weeks of your session for you to view ONLY. Watermarks will be placed on each image as in example below and all images will be low resolution (in order to protect copyright laws for photography company). Image files will automatically all be deleted after 30 days if customer does not order prints or package within the 30 day time frame.

Important Notice About COPYRIGHT PROTECTION The Copyright Act protects photographers by giving the author (creator) of the photograph the exclusive right to copy, edit, and distribute image by sale or transfer. These exclusive rights make it illegal to copy, scan, edit, or share photographic prints and digital media without the photographer's permission. Violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. Be sure to discuss your copyright needs or questions with your photographer; reasonable requests may be accommodated. |
